This is by far the most simple and direct way to donate to TLC!
Our secure form will ensure your donation is directly and immediately received by TLC.
You will automatically be added to our mailing list and will begin receiving information and updates about our programs.

Are you a Facebook fan? You can donate directly to TLC on our Facebook page. As a nonprofit who is fully registered with Facebook, donations come directly to TLC without any additional fees to TLC! Be sure to provide your email or address so we can thank you!!
You can multiply your impact and host a Facebook fundraiser for TLC, encouraging your friends to help you support your passion!! You can find out how by logging on to your Facebook page and scrolling down on the menu to the right until you come to the "fundraisers" option. You may have to choose "see more" first.

On Tuesday, October 20 through Wednesday, October 21, Marion County is hosting its inaugural 24 hours of Giving to support our local community.
Nonprofits from Anthony to Dunnellon and everyone inbetween will be participating, and TLC is one of those special organizations.
You can help TLC to achieve our personal goal to raise $3,000 on this special day of giving.

Transitions Life Center truly appreciates our business partners! They help us make connections and build friendships in our community who can assist in expanding opportunities to those with special needs. The members of TLC, the individuals we serve, have a desire to give back to our community and show they are valuable citizens.
